V7 Algo Labs ("V7", "we", "us", or "our") is a technology company headquartered in Texas, United States. We operate a software platform that provides algorithmically generated trading signal data, composite scores, and analytical tools for cryptocurrency markets.

Our services are provided through the V7 Algo Labs customer portal at v7algolabs.com and any associated applications.

All content, signals, scores, and analysis provided through our platform are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using V7 Algo Labs, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Our services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading or the use of such services is prohibited by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

When you create an account you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or trial restrictions

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found sharing access credentials.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to all platform features. No payment information is required during the trial period.

Paid Plans: After the trial period expires, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Subscription details including pricing, billing frequency, and included features are available at v7algolabs.com/pricing.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except at our sole discretion.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@v7algolabs.com with your request.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our signals or data to third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest our data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or replicate our scoring algorithms
• Use our platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

All content, algorithms, software, trademarks, and data provided through the V7 Algo Labs platform are the exclusive property of V7 Algo Labs or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use during the term of your subscription.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. V7 ALGO LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SIGNALS OR SCORES WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

Trading signals and scores are generated algorithmically and past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and that you may lose some or all capital invested.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, V7 ALGO LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO V7 ALGO LABS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
